When will my VIP package arrive?

Your VIP package(s) will SHIP APPROXIMATELY 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SHOW DATE from Strange Music HQ in Kansas City, MO. You can contact us by phone at (816) 229-4700 x 7012 in case of an emergency.

Where do I pickup my passes?

Your package will NOT include your meet & Greet/Show Admission pass – instead, your pass will be available at the venue entrance at the scheduled start time of the Meet & Greet for that particular venue. Please check this website to confirm Meet & Greet times as they are subject to change.

What time do I show up to the venue?

Meet & Greets will begin at approximately 3:00 PM local time at the venue. Please check the chart on this webpage for specific start times and suggested arrival times specific to your particular show date.

What happens if I lose my VIP pass?

DO NOT LOSE YOUR PASS FOR THE MEET & GREET/SHOW ADMISSION - they will NOT be reissued and are NOT replaceable. Remember, your VIP pass also allows you front-of-line access when doors open for admission to the show.

What should I bring?

Please do not forget your photo ID and your satin VIP pass. Remember - your VIP pass will be available at the venue prior to the start of the Meet & Greet. This is your admission to the Meet & Greet as well as your ticket into the show. DO NOT LAMINATE YOUR SATIN VIP PASS. Please remember to bring any items you'd like to have autographed to the Meet & Greet session - this is a great opportunity to have your favorite Strange Music items personalized!

How can I get more than 1 VIP pass?

Each VIP Package includes a pass for the Meet & Greet/Show Admission for one (1) person - if you'd like to have more than one pass, you must order more than one VIP Package.

How much is shipping for each package?

Shipping and handling is $15 for EACH VIP package shipped within the US. (Slightly more for outside the US) For example, if you order 3 VIP packages, shipping will be $45 (3 packages x $15 per package = $45)
